Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the product you can apply for Free Return within 15 days of delivery.
Conditions:
Free Return is only available for buyers belonging to US, Canada, Europe & Australia.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- You must share the pictures of the item that you have received exposing it's defects/Size mismatch/missing parts.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Free Gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Procedure
Please follow the steps below to complete Free return:
- You will receive a Return label through an email from us. Download the return label.
- Pack your return item(s) securely and go to the *designated return point to complete the return by showing your return label. * designated return point- return points near to your location- you can find the nearest return point by visiting the link that we will provide in the email.
- You will receive a timeline to return the product. If you fail to return the product in that timeline, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Please wait for our local warehouse to receive and process your returned item(s). The refund will be given once we have confirmed that all the conditions for reimbursement mentioned above have been met.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify about item received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the request is approved, then refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not as described or is of low quality, you can contact us to resolve these problems (according to the seller's set of returns guarantees).You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree a partial refund with seller.
Extent of Guarantee:
All products on pridearmour.com have the Returns & Refund guarantee. Any product bought through the site is protected if the items you received are not as described. The following situations are NOT included:
1) An item you claim is not as described, but the seller can prove that it is.
2) Items are as described, but you no longer want them.
Guaranteed Protection period
You can submit refund requests up to 15 days after your order has been completed. You can do this by going to order details and apply for refund.
Return Shipping
If buyer submits return request, we will verify and decide on the request which will be mutually beneficial. If buyer agree with us to return your item, please also check our shipping terms. If the seller pays the return shipping fee, please make sure you first agree on the shipping method and how the seller will pay you back the shipping fee.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@pridearmour.com
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach your address, may vary.
Refunds
Buyer will receive full refund usually within 7-15 business days after seller agrees. Refund time may vary with respect to countries, banks and other circumstances.
Cancellation:
You can only cancel an order before the seller ships it out. If you have already paid for your order, the cancellation request needs to be approved by sending an email to contact@pridearmour.com. If an agreement is reached, the seller will not ship your order and the transaction will be cancelled automatically.
